Paddy's Formal 2024

In my third year of University, I was elected by my peers to be the Social Secretary. This role meant I was responsible for the planning and execution of the major social events.

Paddy's Formal was held within St John's College grounds and hosted 450 paying patrons. The event was involved lengthy planning that begun nearly 6 months in advance.

The night was a huge success and involved:

• Live Band Music

• Catered Food and Desserts

• Live fire act show

• Cocktail, beer and wine bars

• Security

• Extensive decor

• After party event at an external venue

I was responsible for seeing all work to be complete to the expected high standard, coordination of project team members, budgetary planning, marketing material and stakeholder management.
